Preeji Mandathara Sudharman completed her Bachelor’s degree in Optometry from the School of Medical Education, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala, followed by a one-year fellowship in clinical optometry from L V Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad. She obtained her Master’s in Optometry from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. She has been working at the Bausch & Lomb Contact Lens Centre since 2001 and is involved in contact lens research projects conducted at LVPEI in collaboration with Vision CRC, Australia. She is also a faculty at the Bausch & Lomb School of Optometry. She is a Fellow of the International Association of Contact Lens Educators (FIACLE), Sydney, Australia. She has published papers in peer-reviewed journals and presented at national and international forums. Her areas of interest include scleral contact lenses and specialty contact lens fitting.
