Babalu Sara Koshy holds a postgraduate degree in social work from Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirapalli, Tamil Nadu and a postgraduate Diploma in Guidance and Counseling from Annamalai University, Tamil Nadu. She was a rank-holder in MSW and a college topper during her academics. Before joining LVPEI she worked with Dr S M CSI Medical College Hospital at Karakonam, Thiruvananthapuram and coordinated community outreach programs. Her areas of interest are early intervention in children with vision impairment and additional disabilities.
